Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
I enjoyed a comfortable bed and well-stocked breakfast during my 3-night stay. However, check-in was chaotic, with long wait times. I recommend arriving at 3 pm for check-in and using alternate transportation options, as my taxi experience was concerning. Overall, a nice location but needs better organization.

I had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express, Atlanta. The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival, especially Dory at the front desk who was exceptionally helpful. The room was clean and spacious, providing a comfortable space to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the location, just a short walk to major attractions such as the aquarium and restaurants. Breakfast included some nice homemade pastries and was a good start to my day, even if it could use a bit more variety over my five-night stay. I noticed the bathroom could have been cleaner. the air filter needed attention and the bathtub was slightly clogged. One drawback was the noise from outside and the neighboring rooms, which sometimes interrupted my relaxation. The elevators seemed a bit slow during peak times, which added some waiting around when trying to head out. All in all, I enjoyed my stay, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

Sweet Georgia's Juke Joint was a hoot with some killer Southern bites. I absolutely loved the homemade pastries at the breakfast bar—not your average hotel fare! Plus, the staff were friendly and the location was prime with quick access to local eats like Aamar Indian Cuisine and Float Away Cafe.
Minor hiccups, but you can find sunshine even on the cloudiest ATL days!

More efficient elevators for seniors would be helpful.

We stayed for four nights and loved the hotel's location. It was a short 10-minute walk through Olympic Park to the Atlanta History Center, where we enjoyed the beautiful gardens and learning about the city's rich history. Our group, including a few couples, found the stay quite comfortable and convenient.
My kids wished there were more breakfast options available, as some items ran out early. Also, it would be great if the hotel offered parking assistance since we had trouble figuring out the valet service during our arrival.

Had a fantastic time with my friends at this downtown hotel. It’s just a short walk through Olympic Park to places like the 1928 Swan House and Goizueta Gardens. Super convenient for entertainment and culture. Easy access to everything, but be aware that the high beds may be hard for short folks and kids.
The service was a bit disorganized during check-in. We arrived a bit early and had to wait longer than expected to get our rooms. It felt chaotic with so many people, and we were frustrated by the wait.

Just a reliable pick for a quick stopover in Atlanta with excellent value for money. The associate at breakfast was incredibly helpful, offering to get cream cheese for my bagel without me even asking. Consider asking for additional items at breakfast for a better experience.

Families looking for frustration
Had a nice microwave in the room, really came in handy for late-night snacks, and the breakfast was decent with some good options. The room was clean enough when we checked in, which is important when I’m traveling with my family.
Not a cheap stay, but yeah, acceptable, I guess.
